Of course it's possible, especially if you're willing to sacrifice some things that I consider essential today. It's not an option I would choose today, and this video isn't trying to convince you of anything, just to show you that you could do without a desktop computer and use a Galaxy Note II instead. It's probably only a matter of time before phones/tablets actually replace desktop computers, but that day has not yet come. The Samsung Galaxy Note II looks really ugly when connected to a monitor.
